CM Ballz is a small, family business. Owned and operated by Chris and Shemeka Martin. All of our animals are self-produced unless otherwise noted. As Lifetime enthusiasts we are dedicated to providing quality animals as well as quality care and husbandry for all of our animals. Store Policy
We offer discounts on multiple animal purchases. We also offer payment plans with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payments must be made in full before shipment. All payments are due within 60 days of deposit being made. No exceptions. If full payment is not made by agreed upon date, any payments toward the payment plan will be forfeit. We may offer a credit towards other animals but this will be at the sellers discretion. Shipping is not included in the list price-- please inquire for shipping quote as this depends on your location. We DO NOT guarantee any animals shipped to residential addresses. We prefer to ship to FedEx Hubs only. This is for the safety of the animal. Animals shipped to residential addresses run the risk of sitting on hot/cold trucks all day and being mishandled so we cannot guarantee they will arrive safely.
Health of the animal is guaranteed as long as animal is claimed within 2 hours of FEDEX notification that shipment is ready for pickup. Seller MUST be notified of a problem within 1 hour of the animal being claimed or the health guarantee is VOID. You will be required to provide proof of health issue. Returns based on health guarantee will be issued in full. Any other returns will be at sellers discretion and will be refunded (excluding shipping) in the form of credit on other animals.
Sex is guaranteed for 7 days after arrival. This means that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify the sex of the animal upon receipt. You should check the sex of the animal yourself, or have a trusted friend, local breeder, or vet check the sex of the animal for you. If you think you have received an animal that is not the sex represented in the ad, you must notify us within 7 days with photos for an exchange or refund on the price of the animal. The animal must be returned in good health within 1 week or the sex guarantee is void and no refunds will be issued. Seller will cover shipment cost for this type of return.
If you receive an animal that has ANY health issue at all, we must be notified within 1 hour of the animal being claimed or your health/live arrival guarantee will be void. If you are late to pick up the animal, or do not ship the animal to a FedEx Hub for pickup any health or live arrival guarantees are void. This is a live animal that is relying on us to prioritize it's well being, its up to you to arrive on time at the Fed Ex Hub.
While, some of these policies may seem strict, we assure you that they exists solely for the well being of our animals and our own financial protection. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANIMAL TEMPERAMENT. Snakes bite when mishandled or scared. If you aren't prepared for that you should reconsider purchasing one.
We guarantee that the animal being represented in the ad photo is the animal you will receive unless otherwise noted in the ad. If we send the wrong animal, and the buyer notifies us within 1 hour of receipt, we will pay for the return shipment and ship the correct animal. Animals must be returned in good health within 7 days of receipt.
We make every effort to correctly identify our animals based on experience and sometimes the help of other breeders. It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions and verify morph information BEFORE the animal is shipped. We will not issue any returns based on incorrect morph identification. We will provide dame/sire information on request.
We do not make any guarantees based on the weight of the animal. Ads may not be updated. Please inquire about the accurate weight BEFORE purchasing.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
