Hold My Balls, LLC only breeds and sells Ball Pythons. Cleanliness, honesty, and quality are of the highest importance to us. We do like to think of all of our snakes as family until they find their forever homes.

Store Policy
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival and for 7 days after arrival. All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed, also free from showing any physical signs of illness. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund any animal minus the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and the opinion of other breeders. All 100% hets are guaranteed.
We DO NOT feed frozen thawed, only live prey.
We ship through FedEx priority overnight shipping out Monday-Thursday. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you. It's difficult to put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
Prices do not include shipping. All animals are shipped FedEx hub to FedEx hub and held for pick up. Animals will not be shipped directly to your house. This reduces Stress to the animal. Also, we will NOT Ship when temps are below 32 degrees.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within 30 minutes of pick up.
Payment Information:
Payment plans available - A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the animal(s), no exceptions. Payment methods accepted are Cash, PayPal, Square, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Free local pickup is available. Will combine shipping when purchasing multiple animals. Group discounts available.
All prices are for individual animals.
Payment Plan Terms:
We offer payment plans for animals priced $350 or more. The deposit amount is 25% minimum. Full payment must be complete within 90 days from time of deposit. You must complete your current plan before beginning another one. Payment plan payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once you enter into a payment plan agreement you cannot change it for another animal. To begin a payment plan just contact us. We will structure your payments any way you want. Payment Plan Example: $150 per month or $75 per week. Whatever works for you so long as the plan is complete within 90 days. You will receive emails with payment reminders, and you can make payments from the invoice directly. When your plan is completed, we will need you to contact us to arrange a shipping date.
