Store Policy

Payment must be received immediately when placing an order. If payment is not received, the item will still be available to the paying customer. A deposit is required in order to claim an animal, first come first served. We do not hold items without a 40% deposit. Animals on hold must be paid off within 48hrs unless a payment plan has been established or other terms have been agreed upon. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Will hold an animal for maximum 30 days before its made available for sale again. You will be refunded 50% or the total.
Deposit or Payment Plans: We will do a payment plan on most everything we have available as long as your order is over $400.00 with a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, and regular payments must be received until the balance is paid off in full within the time period agreed upon. Payment plans should be completed within 30 days of deposit, few exceptions will be made. If the payment terms agreed upon are broken, THE ITEM WILL GO BACK FOR SALE AND ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED.
SHIPPING: All animal orders are shipped via FedEX Priority overnight with delivery confirmation. You are required to be home to accept the shipment. If there is a problem with your shipment, we require you to notify us by email at protnns8@gmail.com within one hour of the problem, after the animal is delivered. Shipping fees are non refundable under any circumstance unless a mistake was made by Cookie MonsterDragons. Shipping of animals is weather permitting. We will not ship an animal when it has been determined that the temperatures are too cold (under 40f) or too hot over (90f). There is no exception to this rule. It is your responsibility to inform us about your temperature if it falls outside of these parameters. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send us the correct shipping information. We need to know when you can receive your package in order to make proper arrangements. A correct address and a phone number to reach you must be included.
GUARANTEE: All animals have a live arrival guarantee as long as there is not a problem with the shipping company. We cannot be held liable for something we have no control over. SOMEONE MUST BE HOME to accept the animal and SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. Arrangements can be made for pickup at the post office within 5 hours of delivery in certain circumstances. If the animal is left at door, or no one is there to pick it up, all guarantees are void. If there is a problem or the animal is not alive you have one hour to inform us with pics and proof or all guarantees are void.
