Cold Blooded Science LLC - Store Policy

At Cold Blooded Science LLC, we take pride in providing healthy, well-cared-for animals that our customers love and enjoy! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sales & Refund Policy:

All Sales Are Final – No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations – Canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (excluding shipping costs) due to potential missed sales opportunities.

Deposits & Payment Plans:

Animal Holds – Animals may be placed on hold for an agreed-upon time frame with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Payment Plans – Available on a case-by-case basis for animals priced at $500 USD or more, requiring a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit to start. The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed-upon time frame.

Failure to Complete Payment – If the balance is not paid in full by the deadline and the buyer fails to communicate within 48 hours, the animal(s) will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. The 25% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and only store credit (excluding the deposit) will be offered.

Shipping Policy:

Live Animal Shipping – All live animal shipments are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight. To ensure our live arrival and health guarantee, your package must be shipped to your nearest FedEx HUB and held for pick-up. Packages must be picked up within 2 hours of being available for pickup at the FedEx HUB.

Residential Delivery Option – Delivery to your home/residential address is available; however, selecting this option waives our Live Arrival & Health Guarantee due to factors beyond our control.

Flat Rate Shipping – $65 per shipment.

Weather Restrictions – If morning temperatures exceed 85°F or drop below 40°F, the shipment must be held for pickup at your local FedEx HUB. The shipping address must be the HUB address. If you need assistance locating your nearest HUB, please contact us.

Invalid Shipping Locations – FedEx Print & Ship Centers do NOT qualify as HUBs. Shipping live animals to these locations violates FedEx’s terms of service.

Shipping Delays – We are not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control.

No Refunds on Shipping Charges.

Live Arrival & Health Guarantee:

Cold Blooded Science LLC guarantees that your animal(s) will arrive alive, in good health, and exactly as described only when shipped to and picked up from a FedEx HUB.

Live Arrival Guarantee applies ONLY for FedEx HUB pickups. Residential deliveries do not qualify for the guarantee due to factors beyond our control.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy – Any DOA must be reported within 15 minutes of receipt of the animal(s). Failure to report within this timeframe voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

DOA Replacement – In the rare event of a DOA, photo and video evidence must be provided to initiate a claim. If an animal arrives DOA, we will provide a replacement of the same species/type. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued. No cash refunds.

Temperature Compliance – Any shipments sent outside the required temperature range or not picked up within the agreed timeframe at the HUB will void both our live arrival and health guarantee.

International Shipping/Exports:

Live arrival is guaranteed ONLY to our designated exporters due to factors beyond our control.

Cold Blooded Science LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
