Store Policy
PAYMENT:
Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final. I accept:

Cash on local pickup.
Other forms of payment can be discussed as well. I will send an invoice once we agree upon price.
SHIPPING:
Animal will be shipped via FedEx overnight through one of the main reptile shippers (Reptiles2you, Shipyourreptiles, ReptileExpress, Redline). I will follow the shipping services weather rule when shipping. Date will be agreed upon by shipper and receiver when weather permits. If the animal is being delivered to a FedEx hub package must be picked up within 2 hours of the FedEx hub opening. Failure to do so will void the live arrival guarantee.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
Live arrival guaranteed for the first delivery attempt and FedEx hub pickups with 2 hours of the FedEx hub opening. If animal arrives DOA, video must be sent via email within 1 hour of delivery time marked on shipment. Delays in shipping are out of our control. Please be understanding about that and be flexible.
HEALTH/SEX/GENETICS:
Animal is guaranteed to arrive healthy. The sex and genetics of the animal are also to my best knowledge. If the animal is PROVEN then it is 100% guaranteed to be correct. I do my best to sex and display genetic animals accurately. In the event that the sex\genetics\health is not correct, please notify me within 24 hours. Failure to do so within 24 hour of delivery time stamp will void guarantee.
RETURNS\REFUNDS:
We do not offer any returns or refunds. Store credit will be issued.
PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment Plan Deposit are 25% down and are non-refundable.
* Under $250 = Due on Invoice. No Deposit
* $251 - $500 = 25% Non-Refundable Deposit & balanced paid within 28 days.
* $501 - $1000 = 25% Non-Refundable Deposit & balanced paid within 45 days.
* $1001+ = 25% Non-Refundable Deposit & balanced paid within 60 days.
