Store Policy
I currently accept only credit and debit card payments.
Animals are not on hold, or sold to you until payment has been received. Stating your intention to buy does not hold a place in line for an animal. The 1st person to send in a payment is the buyer.

Payment:
Deposits and payments are non- refundable. Please inquire about a payment plan for a certain animal. Payment plans can only be made on animals $300 or more. Purchases are a first come first serve basis. We cannot have an animal on hold with a deposit and/or payments made. Once a payment is made, the payment cannot be transferred to a different animal. We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason.
Gecko sex:
We cannot 100% guarantee sex until 20g. I try my best to pore sex when possible but is isn't always 100% accurate whether the gecko will stay female or male.
Gecko tails:
Geckos can drop their tails often for no apparent reason, Because of this we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails.
Temperature Guidelines and Shipping:
Live animal can only be guaranteed when temperatures are between 50 degrees (overnight low) and 90 degrees Fahrenheit (daytime high). If a gecko has to be held for appropriate shipping weather we will hold free of charge. If the weather decides to change on us and we have to wait for shipping weather, no refund will be given. We also cannot control if Fedex has any delays during the shipping which causes your animal to arrival late. If Fedex has a delay while your box is in transit no refund costs will be given.
Guaranteed Live Animal:
You must contact us through instagram (@Colorful_Cresties) within 30 minutes of delivery for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated and/or not cared for correctly. Live animal guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. If any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your gecko arrives deceased on arrival, store credit will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis for a decided animal. There are no refunds on deceased geckos after they have been under your care for more than 24 hours. We must receive 3 pictures of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of arrival for this to be valid. An adult 18 years or older must be home to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. No cash refunds on late shipments. We guarantee live arrival here in the states. Thank you!
