***Winter is upon us and during this time we may put a hold on shipping our animals due to the extreme cold weather around the country. We closely monitor and follow MorphMarket’s shipping guidelines to insure the safety of all of our animals.
If you are still interested in one of our animals we will gladly accept a deposit to hold the animal. We will continue to feed and take care of it until it can be shipped in a reasonable temperature. If you have any questions do not hesitate to message us. I will ONLY ship animals to a FedEx HUB during winter months and in safe weather conditions to secure the healthy arrival of the animal.***
All animals are guaranteed healthy and correctly sexed. Owning a large constrictor species comes with a lot of responsibility, I have the right to refuse sale to anyone I feel they are not fit to properly manage, house, feed and provide for a Boa Constrictor.
*It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to all state and local laws.* Payment: Payment plans are available on $500 or more. A non-refundable deposit of 30% with the remaining balance paid in full within 60 days. Shipping is free on an animal $1,000 or more, unless other wise stated in that animals specific description. For animals $1,000 or more payment plans may be extended from 2 months up to 6 months depending on the animal and prior agreement with the seller. Any money towards an animal on a payment plan is non-refundable. Payment plans will be worked out in advance and paid in full within the agreed amount of time.
Payment options: ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and Cash. *ALL deposits are non-refundable. Any failure to follow through on payment terms will render deposits & animal forfeited.*

**Shipping varies depending on the animal(s) and their size(s).**
*Animals will ONLY be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures within your area and ours. All animals will be shipped directly to a FedEx shipping HUB. You must be there to accept the package. If you do not provide proper shipping information and/or are not there to accept the package within a 4 hour timeframe, live arrival will be voided. Local pick-up can be arranged through email or through a DM on Instagram or MorphMarket. Animals will be shipped and held at a FedEx HUB for pick-up.*
*All shipping fees include: FedEx overnight, insulated boxes, heat or cold packs (if needed).*
**Shipping is usually done on Tuesday’s, unless otherwise agreed upon.**
*No live arrival guaranteed below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees.*
*Any claims, or issues must be notified within 4 hours of the shipment arriving at the FedEx HUB. If the animal sits at the HUB longer than the 4 hour allotted time, then the guarantee of a live animal is null and void. Money will not be refunded do to the purchaser arriving outside of the 4 hour window of time.*
***All snake sales have a $20 fee worked into their price. This $20 fee will go directly to USARK to help support all animals within this hobby. USARK advocates for the responsible private ownership of, and trade in reptiles and amphibians.***
