Store Policy
Straight pay discounts off the listing price
Multiple animal discounts available, reach out if interested
*Any sale prices are for straight pay only and not payment plans. Sale discounts are taken off the listing price and not off the sale/ marked down price, if applicable.
Payment plans are available on sale animals for half the sale price discount (Ex. $600 animal on sale for $400. Payment plan $500.)
It is the customer's responsibility to read the Concealed Constrictors store policy prior to inquiring and/ or purchasing an animal. It is also the customer's responsibility to know how properly care for the animal you are purchasing. Concealed Constrictors does not take responsibility for lack of knowledge and/ or poor husbandry. If I feel you do not have the proper knowledge or cannot properly care for the animal, the transaction will be cancelled. Feel free to reach out with any questions pertaining to the store policy or about care requirement for any of the animals. Must be 18 years old to purchase an animal. Most pictures are taken in a light box to make the animal completely visible. If you are seriously interested in purchasing an animal and want pictures outside of the light box, send me a message.
Domestic Shipping Cost (Lower 48): All animals are shipped overnight via FedEx and the cost is between $50 and $175. Shipping cost includes new box and new snake bag. Orders over $1000 ship free for all animals with the exception of adult boas.
For shipping to Alaska, please inquire about the costs.
Shipping available to Canada & now Europe. Please contact me for details & costs for shipping.
Payment: PayPal Friends & Family, Zelle, Western Union, Cash, Money Order, Checks accepted for payment, but must clear prior to shipping.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are accepted with the following terms:
Accepted for purchases greater than $300 with a 20% non-refundable deposit for up to 90 days from the initial deposit (90-day plans at listing price). Buyer must pay the credit fee incurred, when applicable, if purchasing with a payment plan. Once the initial deposit is received, the animal will be put on hold and no refunds will be issued from this point forward. The buyer must pay a minimum of 20% of the total cost within the first 30 days (from initial Deposit) and another 20% of the total cost within 60 days (from initial deposit), with the remainder of the balance due within 90 days from the initial deposit (If minimum payments were made that would leave 40% of the total cost due at the end of the 90 days). If payments aren't completed in accordance with the above terms or the terms agreed upon in writing, the 20% initial deposit is lost, and the remaining balance will be credited towards a future purchase.
Guarantees:
All animals are shipped out in a healthy state.
Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 5 days of receiving your animal.
All recessive genetics listed are guaranteed, unless stated as a possible/ probable het.
When producing multi gene animals, educated guesses based on past experience is sometimes used to identify the combination of genetics. Due to this, the genetics can only be verified through the actual breeding of the animal and are a presumptive identification of the combination of genes. Please be aware that it is possible to have an additional gene(s), a misidentified gene(s), or a missing gene(s). I do my best to identify everything accurately, along with keeping records of all the animals I produce. I will always be upfront and honest with my customers, so if a presumptive gene listed for an animal is proven not to be carried by that animal (through breeding), a partial store credit will be issued for the inconvenience (does not include genes listed as possible or probable).
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy with the following terms:
Animal(s) shipped to the lower 48 states in the United States.
Animal(s) are shipped to and held for pickup at a FedEx hub location and picked up by the buyer on the arrival day.
If the buyer chooses to have the animal delivered door to door (not held for pickup at FedEx), they will assume liability for the shipment and waive the live arrival/ health guarantee.
If there is a death with the animal(s) upon receipt, we must be notified within 2 hours of the pickup/ delivery and a store credit or similar animal will be issued at the choice of the customer.
Animal(s) are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid FedEx weekend shipping delays.
All shipping information provided by the buyer is correct (Name and Address).
Animal(s) are shipped at the discretion of the seller and reserves the right to delay shipment if conditions are not suitable for shipping.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
Wholesale Policy
Our wholesale policy is the same as our store policy with the exceptions listed below:
In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, the order must be paid in full without a payment plan. Wholesale policy does not apply to adult animals.
Discounts are based on the listing price and not the sales price, if applicable.
