Sorry, no payment plans. No holds without payment in full. No animal is considered sold until payment is received.
Shipping & Health Guarantee: $65.00 flat rate shipping within the continental U.S. FREE shipping over $1000.00. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. We ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight to your door, or to your local FedEx hub for pick up (a safer option). We will always contact you before shipping. Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt, or it must be picked up at FedEx hub within 4 hours of arriving. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify us within the first 4 hours after delivery via email or by phone/text. In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will issue you a full credit excluding shipping charges towards any other animal we have available at that time, or you may use it towards a future purchase. We reserve the right to delay shipping if we feel it is too hot or cold to ship. All sales are final.
Animals being sold a temp sexed male (TSM) or temp sexed female (TSF) will always be marked as such. Incubation temp sexing can be fairly reliable but it is not a 100% guarantee of sex. Although rare, it is possible for geckos and skinks to drop tails during shipping. Dropped tails are not considered grounds for a credit or replacement.
Payment Methods: We accept cash (locally), credit cards/debit cards via Square (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer, and postal money orders or cashier's checks (subject to bank clearance). All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Shipping costs are due at the time of payment, unless included in the purchase price.
