SALES
In order to purchase a animal you must be 18 years old or older. If you are not 18, I require a parent to contact me to arrange the purchase for you. Crested G Ranch reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime. All sales are final.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. We will send you an invoice along with a copy of the terms of service before purchase is complete.
PAYMENT PLANS
Crested G Ranch offers payment plans on geckos over $500. Payment plans can be set up over a 30-day period, during which time the animal(s) will be placed "On hold" and will not be eligible for purchase by other buyers.
Payment plans will require a 25% deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the buyer changes their mind or fails to complete the payment plan on time. Animal(s) will not be shipped until payment plan has been fulfilled.
*Payment plans of a longer nature may be arranged on a case by case basis and will require an additional fee.
PRICING
Pricing reflects the current market value, specific color and morph, amount of time and cost put into caring for the animal. Additional offers may be considered but do not be offended if we decline a lesser offer.
HEALTH GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 48 hour health assurance on any animal purchased and shipped by Crested G Ranch . Your gecko is guaranteed to arrive healthy and properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed or probable gender). Louping is not 100% accurate and is only an educated guess.
The buyer is responsible for tracking their package and picking it up on time. If the buyer does not pick up the gecko on the day of arrival, all guarantees are voided. Please message us within 30 minutes of picking up your animal. Communication is very important.
In the rare case there is a DOA, you must contact us immediately. Video and photographic proof will be required as well as a report of necropsy from your exotic vet. If the report states that Crested G Ranch is at fault, a store credit will be issued for the full price of the animal (less shipping costs). We do not offer refunds.
SHIPPING
We are currently only shipping within the continental United States. Shipping costs will vary based on your zip code. Shipping is arranged through Reptiles2you and is carried out by FedEx. Live animals are shipped priority overnight to a FedEx hub ONLY. We cannot ship to your home. Shipping to a hub is the only way we can 100% guarantee your purchase. If your animal is not picked up on the day of arrival, all guarantees are voided. Please message us within 30 minutes of picking up your animal. We ship Monday-Wednesday and only when temps fall between 40 and 85 degrees. Animals will not ship when weather conditions are not safe. We will hold your animal at no extra cost to you until a safe shipping date can be determined.
*Crested G Ranch is not responsible for FedEx delays or tail drops which occur during shipping.
PHOTOS
Pictures are not edited and represent the animal in the best way possible. No additional pictures will be taken unless your animal is on hold for more than 30 days.
GECKO DIET
All animals bred and raised by Crested G Ranch are fed a combination of Pangea and Repashy complete gecko diet in a variety of flavors. In addition to CGD, all geckos are offered live insects on a weekly basis.
