Isopods and Feeders:
Shipping via USPS Priority, heat packs, and cold packs are additional. If required please make sure to add a heat or cold pack to your cart. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a heat or cold pack is required.
Local Delivery for Montana- Cut Bank, Shelby, and south to Great Falls only. Due to current gas prices, there is a local delivery fee.

Amphibians and Reptiles:
Overnight Fedex Shipping only, heat packs, and cold packs are additional. If required please make sure to add a heat or cold pack to your cart. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a heat or cold pack is required.

For the safety of the animals, orders will be held for adequate weather conditions.

Isopods and Feeders:
I ship via USPS Priority on Tuesdays to avoid any potential delays and the animals being stuck in limbo over weekends. If you would like to have your purchase shipped via USPS Priority Express, please contact me prior to completing your purchase. Priority Express is usually around $45. Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states.
Live Arrival Guarantee: Shipments must be held at a post office and picked up on the day of delivery, or I must be notified of any issues within one hour of home delivery. If there are any issues with your shipment that result in mortality or injury to the animal(s), you must contact me within one hour of delivery/hub pickup with photos of the container and contents. Do not dispose of any contents prior to speaking with me.
I am not responsible for a decline in health once the animal is in your care due to poor husbandry. Please contact me with any questions regarding husbandry.
Local Delivery: Please check on all invertebrates at the time of local delivery.
Refunds can be made at the time of pick-up if any concerns are noted. A refund will be given in place of receiving the animal. I am not responsible for a decline in health once the animal is in your care due to poor husbandry. Please contact me with any questions regarding husbandry.
Hold at Post Office: If holding at a post office, make sure to use the address of the post office. Ensure notifications are turned on.
Temperatures: Shipping ceases if the temperature drops below 40F or over 90F due to the safety of the animals. If the temperatures in your area are below 65F or above 80F please purchase a cold or heat pack for the safety of the animals. A cryopak phase 22 is recommended when temperatures are fluctuating.
Age: The isopods you receive will range in age from juveniles to sub-adults with the occasional adult.
**Some species are unable to be shipped to various states and are only available in-state (Montana). If a species with listed restrictions is purchased to ship to the restricted state, the purchase will be refunded.**
