Store Policy
Live Arrival and Health Guarantee:
Crosier's Balls offers a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported to us within 48 hours of pickup to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues brought to us outside of that window may be considered for a partial or full refund. Should any issue, illness, or injury arise at anytime, please contact us immediately.
Animals may be held with 25% non-refundable deposit. We accept most common forms of payment, including: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal Goods and Services, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Payment plans can be made on a case by case basis. Payment plans require the full balance to be paid within 30 days. Please message or text us about a plan specific to the animal. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Shipping Policy: Shipping is $50-$100, unless otherwise agreed upon. All animals will be shipped overnight via FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. All animals must be picked up within 8 hours of delivery to the Hub. Exceptions for home delivery may be made for buyers with limited access to a FedEx Ship Center.
Weather Policy: Ability to ship an animal is based on the Seller's and Buyer's local FedEx Hub temperature. Animals will only be shipped in safe conditions to ensure live and healthy delivery.
Sex Guarantee:
Sex of the animal is 100% guaranteed. Sex will be checked multiple times prior to shipping the animal, however errors can occur. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the sex of the animal upon delivery. If any discrepancies are found from the original listing and buyers agreement, the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days.

*While we do spend time with our animals, and they are part of our family until they find their way to yours, we cannot guarantee the temperament of the animal.
