Crypto Cresties is 100% focused on Crested Geckos. The morphs that we are currently working with are Axanthics, Super Dalmations, Frappuccinos, Quad Stripes, Phantoms, C2s and some Tri colors. We also are growing our soft scale and super soft scale collection. We are fairly new to the scene, starting in 2022, but we quickly grew our collection to about 50 geckos. We are focused on good husbandry and a happy life for our geckos. Adult males are kept in bioactive enclosures. The majority of the adults and juveniles also receive UVB lighting. We are working on providing UVB to all juveniles and adults. We use a rack system for all babies. We consider ourselves a boutique business that centers on exceptional care for our little reptile family. Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Sale:
Shipping: Shipments are conducted from Monday to Wednesday to minimize the likelihood of potential disruptions extending into the weekend. Shipments are exclusively directed to FedEx hubs for pick-up, safeguarding the well-being of the gecko. Our geckos are dispatched within insulated containers accompanied by cryo paks and/or heat/cool packs. However, it remains imperative that temperatures remain within a safe range for the welfare of the animal. For our geckos, night temperatures must remain above 40 degrees F and daytime highs remain below 90 degrees F at the starting location, final location and any between hubs. We are prepared to provide care for any animal until weather conditions permit safe shipping. It is important to acknowledge that we bear no responsibility for delays or loss incurred during transportation by the carrier. No reimbursement or credit shall be extended in circumstances wherein a carrier-related error leads to the loss or impairment of a package resulting in the death upon arrival (DoA) of the gecko.
In-Person Pick-up: The option for in-person collection is accessible within designated regions of Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Buyer Age Restrictions: You must be 18 years or older to purchase from us. If you are younger, your parent or guardian must be the one that completes the purchase and is our point of contact.
Sexual Determination: We cannot guarantee the gender of the gecko unless their weight surpasses 30 grams. All hatchlings and juvenile geckos are subjected to preliminary gender identification to the best of our capabilities.
Types of Payment: You can pay with a credit card through through Paypal after receiving an invoice from us. All major credit cards are accepted along with debit cards. Cashapp, Venmo, Apple pay and Zelle are also accepted. Bitcoin is highly encouraged. Please let us know if you would like to pay with Bitcoin – we often give discounts for Bitcoin payments.
Terms of Payment: Gecko payments are to be made in full before shipment.
Gecko Tails: Please note that geckos might sometimes lose/drop their tail or a tip of their tail as a result of skin shedding that tightens around the tail. We, of course, monitor sheds and offer assistance to the best of our ability if we notice an issue. Sometimes a baby can also have a tail nip by a clutch mate. In addition, geckos can drop a tail for no perceived reason at all at ANY age. Nonetheless, this occurrence doesn’t negatively impact the gecko’s overall health or its ability to reproduce. As a result, no compensations will be provided in cases of tail loss or where tail pinching occurs due to skin shedding. Vigilant measures are taken to ensure that all hatchlings successfully and fully shed their skin. However, it’s worth mentioning that occasional incidents of subtle skin entrapment may still occur. If a Crested Gecko loses its entire tail, it is known as a “Frog Butt.” Crested Gecko tails do NOT regrow like some other lizard species.
