Live animal policy
We ship our animals across Canada. Currently we do not take any international shipping orders on animals. Shipping costs are buyers responsibility and will vary depending on your order. Once you have placed an order you must provide us with the correct shipping address and schedule delivery. If there is an error in the address you provide us and your order must be reshipped, you are responsible for any additional cost.
Holds on animals are accepted with a 35% nonrefundable down payment. We will hold an animal until payment is completed in full and weather permitting to ship. Payment plans can be arranged with charge of an additional 15% of the total price.
We guarantee live upon arrival. If there is any issue with the animal upon arrival you must contact us the same day. We do not guarantee sex of the animal, unless the animal is a proven breeder or older. Once the animal has arrived safe and sound in your possession, the health and safety of the animal is your responsibility.
