Store Policy
LIVE & HEALTHY ARRIVAL - We guarantee all animals will arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport be picked up promptly and someone is present to sign for the package. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment of animal.
PROPERLY SEXED - All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery.
PAYMENT & PLANS – We do offer 30-90 day payment plans. To hold and reserve a snake, a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable. We accept payment through Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment must be fully made and clear before we will ship the snake. All sales are final.
SHIPPING – All snakes are shipped to and held at local FedEx hubs for pickup to ensure the most safe and secure arrival. Animals will be shipped out Monday-Wednesday after confirming a date with the buyer. Shipping is done through Redline Shipping using FedEx Priority overnight service (Typically $60-$85) in temperatures between 40 and 80 degrees. Both shipping and receiving locations must be within these temperatures in order to ship. If you experience any issues, we must be notified within 1 hour or the live arrival guarantee is void. In order to keep the animal safe and stress-free, we DO NOT ship during temperatures greater than 80. If you purchase an animal during extreme temperatures or severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay shipping for appropriate weather conditions and will stay in constant communication with the buyer.
