We strive to give each customer the best experience possible. Our goal is to deliver happy and HEALTHY animals.
All animals posted are produced by C&T Herps unless otherwise specified. Our services do not end with you receiving your animal, we are happy to serve as a support system if you have questions after purchase. We care deeply about the hobby and other hobbyists and are happy to share from our personal experience and tips we've learned from other experienced hobbyists.
Included with every snake is their feeding card, every meal is documented and we make sure every animal has eaten at least 4 times consecutively (if they skip a week we start the count over). Crested gecko traits will be described to the best of our ability, we will never intentionally misrepresent an animal, pictures of parents are available upon request. Tails dropped during transport are not covered under our guarantee, we promise to package the animals securely with utmost care.
We ship FedEx priority overnight. We require that animals be held at the nearest hub for pickup to ensure their safe arrival. We ship Mondays for Tuesday arrival.
We reserve the right to reschedule shipping if conditions threaten the safety of the animal (temps below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or over 100 degrees Fahrenheit).
We guarantee live delivery under the condition that the animal is picked up from the hub in a timely manner. If the animal arrives deceased the customer must inform C&T Herps of the DOA within an hour of FedEx documented pickup time. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void. If the animal is shown to be DOA within the time frame and was picked up before end of business that day, the customer can either choose to have the animal replaced with an animal of the same or lesser value, or if that's not possible receive a full refund.
All prices are subject to change; we will honor any price that has been agreed upon during negotiation of the sale.

Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. To place an animal on hold requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the animals listed price. The full balance is due in 30-60 days, depending on the price of the animal. The payment plan duration will be agreed upon at the time of deposit. After the deposit has been received, the animal will be placed on hold and no longer available to the public. The animal(s) will be maintained and fed as usual at no extra charge to the customer. If, for whatever reason, the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed to, all payments made towards the animal are non-refundable. Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan unless the remaining balance is paid in full within 10 days. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay the agreed upon purchase price.
We also offer free local pickup in Southeast Louisiana. The customer has two (2) weeks after payment is completed to pick up the animal, if the customer fails to pickup the animal within that agreed upon time-frame, the animal will be marked for sale again and all payments made will be forfeited.
