Store Policy

PAYMENT: We accept cash, Square or wire transfer only.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer shipping via Federal Express throughout the United States through Redline shipping. We ship overnight to your local Fed Ex hub. Buyer is responsible to pick up within 1 hour of arrival and notify D&D Crestys. If pick up is not made within the 1 hour of arrival, D&D Crestys will not be held liable. If the reptile is deceased upon pick up notify D&D Crestys immediately. Buyer may be asked to provide a photo and possibly return shipment of the deceased reptile. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, but will happily offer credit toward another purchase. We only ship when temperatures are between 36-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrangements can be made for D&D Crestys to hold your purchased reptile during winter months when shipping is not safe. When weather permits at both the origin and destination points, shipping will be arranged. Buyer's current phone number and email will be required so that tracking information may be provided.

HEALTH: Only healthy, thriving reptiles are sold and shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for a "tail drop" during shipping and this does not affect the overall health of the reptile. If a tail is "dropped" prior to shipping, buyer will be notified.
