Store Policy
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition, correctly sexed, and free from showing any physical signs of illness for 24 hours. Once inspected and accepted, the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you. It's difficult to put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices. We must be notified within the first 24 hours after pickup, should you have an issue. After 24 hours this guarantee has expired, and the sale is considered final.
Should your animal arrive DOA, notification must be made within 1 hour of the FedEx delivery time stamp. To qualify for our live arrival and health guarantee the animal must be returned to DAG Reptiles for verification and potentially a vet necropsy. Pictures of an animal that has passed will NOT be honored for a credit. Animals that have passed as a result of the buyer will not be credited. All returns are in the form of credit towards another animal, less any shipping charges, NO CASH REFUNDS are given.
We ship through FedEx priority overnight, hub to hub, shipping out Monday-Thursday. All animals will be held at the hub and must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival. Animals will not be shipped directly to your house. We will only ship with night temperatures above 40 and day temperatures below 90. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any Guarantee of Live Arrival by DAG Reptiles.
The Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals. Please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
Carrier mishandling will also VOID the Live Arrival Guarantee. Late arrival insurance is available from Redline Shipping. The Live Arrival Guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
We DO NOT feed frozen thawed, only live pray.
Payment plans available on $500 minimum price:
Generally 20% deposit with 30 days to payoff remaining balance. Deposits are nonrefundable. Any balance paid above the 20% nonrefundable deposit can be used as store credit should an issue arise. Payment methods accepted are cash, PayPal, Square and wire transfer. Free local pickup is available. Will combine shipping when purchasing multiple animals. Group discounts available. All animals must be paid in full before shipping.
Genetics Guarantee:
This can be sometimes hard to "guarantee.” We do our best with the knowledge of the pairing to determine hatchling/offspring genetics. We are giving you a 100% educated what we think it is. All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. However, due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. We offer no cash refunds due to buyer's remorse or any other reason.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us within 24 hours of discrepancies between the listing and the animal for resolution. After 24 hours all live arrival, health, and gender guarantees have expired and are no longer valid.
