Shipping Information:
Shipping is weather dependent, and we ship out Monday - Wednesday. Animals are sent overnight Priority via FedEx to the nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup.
To ensure our live arrival and health guarantee remains valid, please pick up the animal within 8 hours of hub arrival.

We provide a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. To qualify for a full refund or replacement, report any illness or death within 48 hours of receipt. Issues reported within seven days of receipt but after the initial 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement, depending on the situation.
