Store Policy
1. Animal health is my 1st priority. I’ve taken great care to ensure the health of my animals through constant husbandry checks and through consistent feeding. I will only sell animals once I am confident they will thrive outside my care. Hatchlings will only be sold after they are on a consistent eating schedule and have had at least 4-5 meals.
2. Shipping safety: I take the shipping of live animals very seriously and guarantee the safe arrival of my animals provided certain parameters are met: the animal is shipped directly to your nearest hub for pickup (I cannot guarantee the safety of any animal that is shipped directly to your door as too many factors are outside my control once the animal leaves the hub) and live arrival is also only guaranteed provided the animal is not lost/slowed in transit by Fed-Ex. I am not responsible for the safety of any animal if these parameters aren’t met.
3. Genetics: Genetic identification is becoming increasingly difficult thus any ID of dominant or co-dominant genes in an animal are essentially “theoretical”, but with that being said, I will not list an animal as having genes unless I am fairly certain, and any “possible” genes will not be reflected in pricing the animal. Recessive genes are 100% guaranteed.
4. Gender of the animal is 100% guaranteed.
5. Payment: a non-refundable deposit of 20% or more is required to place an animal on hold- and the remaining balance is to be paid within an agreed upon amount days of initial down payment or and the animal could potentially be re-listed. However any money paid on a deposit will not be lost, but can instead be added toward payment on another animal, or future animal. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. All payments must be completed in full before the animal will be shipped out.
