*We do not offer refunds after 7 days from shipment arrival.
* We offer payment plans with a 50% deposit for 14 days for animals less then $200 and 30 days for animals over
*Dbcb Exotics is not responsible for shipment delays or other carrier misplacements, and carrier delays will null and void live heath guarantee. Shipping insurance can be added via ship your reptiles during purchase.
*At this point in time we are only shipping Tuesdays and Wednesdays and close shipping during winter-spring
* While we do our best, Dbcb Exotics does not guarantee the sex of your animal.
* We do not ship to home with day/night temps above 90 degrees or bellow 35 degrees. If you are interested in purchasing an animal and know your temps are in this range have your closest fed ex hub as your shipping address

* If the animal(s) is dead or not visibly healthy upon arrival the customer must notify Dbcb Exotics of the deceased or unhealthy animal immediately upon receiving the animal(s). The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information provided online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be sent within one hour of arrival or all guarantees are null and void.
