Store Policy
Terms of Sale Payment A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to hold a gecko. This applies for purchases $300 and up. Purchases $299 and down should be paid in full. If you change your mind on the particular gecko you have placed on hold, the deposit amount may be used as credit towards another available gecko. Full payment must be made within 30 days of initial deposit. All sales are conducted through Venmo or Paypal. If full payment is not received within the 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. No animals will be held without payment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Shipping Details: Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday. I ship only to a FedEx hub for pickup for the safety of the gecko. Geckos are sent in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as required; however, temperatures must still be within a safe range for the animal. For our geckos, nighttime lows must be above 40 degrees F and daytime highs must be under 85 degrees F. I am happy to care for a purchased animal until the weather is acceptable for shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss of package. No credit or refunds will be given if carrier would lose a package or damage to package due to carrier error results in DoA. Purchaser must be 18 years or older.
Gender: I don’t guarantee the gender of the gecko unless they are at least 20 grams. All babies and juveniles are pore sexed to the best of my ability.
