About
West Kentucky Exotics is a hobby business ran out of a room in my home. Where I produce a number of different species mainly colubrids. All animal husbandry and care is soley done by me. My goal is to produce healthy animals that thrive instead of just Survive.
Store Policy
Payments accepted: PayPal, USPS money order, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle.
Shipping: Animals will only be shipped on Monday's and Tuesdays shipped to your local FedEx Hub priority overnight to the Lower 48 in The United States. I will only Ship in a weather Window between 40-85°F and if there are no expected delays. I make these rules because I do offer complete refund or replacement animal for DOA so I must ship only when I feel confident the animal will arrive healthy. shipping is shown in price.
Animal Garuntees: all Neonates will have fed atleast 10 times and 3 times on F/T in a row with no scenting and no refusals before I will even post the animal.
Genetics: all animals will be represented to the very best of my knowledge, however I cannot garuntee anything except visuals and 100% Hets
Sex: Will be determined by me both probing and visual, but since there is human error involved I cannot Garuntee sex, if you would like I'm more than happy to send a picture of the snakes tail or give you the exact measurements or scale count from probing.
Payment Plans: I am open to payment plans for any animal over 500$, all payment plans will include a 25% non refundable deposit. And a clause stating that a drop of communication is forfeiture of animal and payments made thus far. I will not charge you for keeping your animal while you are paying it off and in the unlikely event that the animal gets sick or perishes you can either get a full refund including deposit or another animal that we both agree upon whichever you choose.
DOA: If your animal arrives deceased, you must send me a picture and 15 second video within an hour of pickup from Fed-Ex. In that case I will either refund the full cost of the animal or send you a replacement that we both agree on.
I want you to be successful with my animals, If you ever have any issue with my animals feel free to reach out to me and we will figure it out.
Holds: Inquiry about an animal does not hold that animal the only thing that holds the animal is you stating that you intend to purchase the animal and deposit.
All animals are Captive born and bred in my facility by me.
