About
My name is Joe, and I’m just a guy who loves snakes! I’ve had at least one snake in my collection since 1992. My collection has only grown since then. What started with a ribbon snake has expanded to include rat snakes, kingsnakes, garter snakes, boas, Dumeril’s boas, carpet pythons, Burmese pythons, and of course ball pythons. Aside from two boas, my collection is now exclusively ball pythons. I have bred rat snakes, carpet pythons, Dumeril’s boas, and ball pythons. I have produced a few clutches a year almost every year since 2005. It has been a lot of fun, and a very rewarding experience so far, but I feel like I’m just getting started! The future holds so many possibilities! New morphs, new combos, new twists on old combos. I can’t wait to see what hatches next, and I can’t wait to share it with anyone who will listen! Delmarva Ball Pythons Store Policy
Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy. All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. Genetics of all animals is guaranteed unless otherwise stated. It can be difficult to identify all the genes present in some morphs. In cases where I am not 100% sure about morph ID, they will be stated as “theoretical IDs”. The genetics of “theoretical IDs” are NOT guaranteed. There are no long-term health guarantees once the buyer takes possession. Delmarva Ball Pythons is not responsible for the husbandry practices of others.
Payments/Deposits/Refunds:
Payments can be made via cash, PayPal, or Zelle. A 20% non-refundable deposit can be paid to “hold” a snake for purchase. The remainder of the balance must be paid in 60 days. After 60 days, if the balance has not been paid, the snake being held is no longer “on hold” and will become available for purchase. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you fail to complete payment, you can apply the amount of your deposits and payments toward a different snake. All sales are final.
Shipping/Pick-up:
Shipping is free on orders of $1000 or more. For orders of less than $1000, buyer pays actual shipping costs. All animals are shipped via FedEx overnight priority with a live arrival guarantee. Someone must be available to sign for delivery on first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is voided. If shipping to a FedEx hub to hold for pick-up, you must pick-up the same day your snake arrives at the FedEx hub or the live arrival guarantee is voided. Any problems with the snake must be reported within 4 hours of FedEx delivery timestamp or within 4 hours of pick-up from a FedEx hub. DOAs must be reported within 2 hours of FedEx delivery/pick-up time stamp. In the event of a DOA, you can choose to have a different snake of similar value, if available, shipped to you as a replacement, or a full refund of all payments and deposits paid towards the snake that was DOA. Local pick-up/meet-up is preferred option if reasonably convenient and agreeable to both parties.
Legal:
Keeping ball pythons in some places may require a special permit/license. It is your sole responsibility to know the laws in your area. By purchasing from Delmarva Ball Pythons, you acknowledge that you have acquired all permits/licenses required by your state and/or local government. By purchasing from Delmarva Ball Pythons, you also agree to notify all relevant parties if required by your state/local government. Delmarva Ball Pythons is not responsible for buyers who knowingly purchase without having the appropriate permit/license, if required where they live.
