Newman Family Reptiles is currently located in southern California. We strive to produce visually stunning animals at the highest quality. I am active duty Navy and due to the nature of my job, my response times may be a bit sporadic, but I will respond as quickly as possible when I can.
Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Money Orders / Certified Checks.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal.
Deposits & payments are non-refundable. However credit may be given on a case by case basis as we know things happen.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. Animals being shipped must be delivered on first attempt by person for live arrival guarantee. Any visual issue with animal needs to be addressed within first 4 hours of fedex arrival.We highly recommend hub to hub shipments!
Genetics Guarantee: We will only guarantee genetics we 100% know are in the animal. Anything else will be listed as probable or possible. All 100% het recessive genes are guaranteed.
Animals will be shipped on Tuesdays and only be shipped when deemed safe by ship your reptiles or reptiles2you.
