We are a small scale breeder of select ball python morphs that strives to provide some of the best customer service available.

we take all major credit cards through square.
live delivery is guarantied as long as there is an adult over the age of 18 to sign for package at time of first delivery (barring any unforeseen issues with the carrier, i.e. FedEx loses or mishandles the package) or in the case of hub pick-up the package is picked-up within 2 hours of availability.
contact IMMEDIATLY if animal arrives DOA with video of deceased animal. if you do not contact me within 1 hour of receipt of package I(seller) will assume you received the animal in good condition.
payment plans will be considered on a case by case basis on purchases over $300.Deposits for payment plans are 20% of animals listed price(non-refundable but transferable one time to another animal of equal or greater value) with the remaining balance do in 60-90 days depending on deal made. If for any reason you decide you are not happy with your purchase at time of delivery(and up to 72 hours after delivery) a refund will be issued upon safe return of the animal(at buyers expense). SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
