Family from Midland Texas that got into Breeding Reptiles a number of years ago when our oldest really wanted a snake. He lost interest since then but the rest of us are having a ball.
Store Policy
Payments:
We Accept Payments via PayPal, Venmo, and Card via Invoicing. Cash for local pickups.
Shipping:
Shipping is done through ShipYourReptiles, shipments go out on Tuesday or Wednesday Priority Overnight through FedEx. Shipping charges depend on zip code, contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping is only done when the weather is safe for transport of the animal.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
In order to Guarantee live arrival if shipped to a home address and not the Hub someone MUST be home on first delivery attempt or Live Arrival is voided.
Shipments being picked up at the FedEx Hub must be picked up within two hours of notification of arrival for live arrival guarantee. All Times based off FedEx Time stamps.
In the event of a DOA, we must be notified with 1 hour of delivery. Pictures of the condition of the box, the animal and the inside of the box are required.
Sex Guarantee:
We Guarantee to have the sex correct on all reptiles purchased. In the event of a mistake in the sex of the animal we will at the purchasers choice, refund the difference in price, or if possible replace with the correct animal, or refund the purchase once we have made arrangements to return the animal.
Genetics Guarantee:
Genetics are guaranteed as listed, if there are possible extra genetics the animal will be labeled as "Possible". Het's of recessive genetics listed as either 100%, 66%, 50% or possible, this varies from the pairing, 100% is guaranteed all others there is no guarantee. Any questions on genetics please contact us.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on Animals over $400. Payment plans will be customized to the situation, all payment plans have a 20% non refundable deposit.
Available Animals:
Animals listed as available are available until payment or payment plan is agreed upon. We will not hold an animal without a payment agreement in place, all animals are first come first serve.
Animals on Hold are animals that have been purchased awaiting pickup or shipping.
Feeding:
All our hatchings are fed Live Rats, if they refuse they are offered Live Mice, All animals are currently feeding on the feeders listed on their posting.
State & Federal Laws:
We will not knowingly ship any animal(s) in violation of State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders in Texas.
