Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, with a 25% non-refundable deposit and the balance within 30 days.

Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 30 and 95. Email us with a zip code for a an exact quote.

ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL AND HEALTHY.

Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 40 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold we can hold your order until the weather is better up to 2 weeks. Please let us know of any weather concerns in your area when placing your order (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms).

Any health issues or dead on arrival (DOA) must be reported within two hours of delivery, (Photos of animal may be required).

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
