Store Policy:
Weather if you would like to receive an update on when we will ship the animal please feel free to reach out to us. Or you can follow us on Instagram or Facebook as we update you guys there on when the weather will be better to ship please note I live in Colorado. It is not always easy to ship during the colder months
Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your inquiries. I run a small business here and it can require my attention to be fully focused elsewhere. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner, but please know we are a small business that has a lot of different things to handle.
Shipping: We only ship Monday through Wednesday. Shipping is calculated depending on weight of animal.
Payment: We accept PayPal plus PayPal fee (2.9% + .30) unless paid via friends & family, cash, or credit/debit cards with square processing fee (3.5% + .15).
Payment Plans: Short term payment plans may be available depending on price of animal and with down payment, message to arrange. Min $500 to qualify for payment plans
Once animal is delivered/picked up we require that a video and pictures being taken of the unboxing. We also require clear photos of the animal, showing it is in good condition and then of whatever set up animal will be housed in along with temperatures. If these requirements are not met, no refund of any kind will be given for any reason.
IF an issue arises where you as the buyer are wanting a refund; if the animal is passed upon arrival we will contact our insurance and make a claim, provided you provide proof that it came out of the shipping box dead and you picked it up on time and it was not subject to overheating or being too cold. If the animal has passed and it has been more than 24 hours after delivery we require 100% proof that it was not on your end. This includes set up pictures, temperature pictures, proof the snake is in fact dead, necropsy if necessary, etc. a refund will not be given if there is no proof.
Also, if you choose to ship when our shipping company is not providing insurance (holidays, emergencies etc) there will be no refund if snake/animal is DOA. We only offer a live animal Guarantee when shipping to a hub. Shipping to your home this qualifies insurance.
We do not refund for Fed Ex being late upon delivery!
In light that you have put a deposit or paid off a snake and you change your mind FOR ANY REASON, no refund will be given. No refund will be given if you chose to return the animal. If you were late on payment date there is a $40 fee added to the bill. At which you have 14 days to make the payment plus the $40 fee. After that 14 day period money will be kept.
All sales are final unless covered above.
