We are currently under contract to purchase our new facility and new home so that we will have room to expand & grow, & still be close to our reptile facility to ensure proper care, upkeep, & safety of all of our animals. Due to the timing of this investment & the holiday season being in full swing, response time may be longer than usual. We are private breeders that are in the hobby for the love of the reptiles we keep and produce. We guarantee the health, sex, & recessive genetics of every reptile we have for sale.
Store Policy
Shipping: Shipping is overnight to your door or local FedEx hub in the United States. We ship Monday through Wednesday weather permitting. Shipping is calculated based on your zipcode. Local pick up can be arranged also.
Payment: Accepted via PayPal or Venmo. For in person transactions cash can be accepted.
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans for animals priced $300 or more. To arrange a payment plan please contact us.
*Shipping or pick up will only be available after payment is received in full. We never ship until an animal is paid in FULL.
*We require a minimum of 25% down to reserve animal. After the down payment is received we will mark him/her as on hold until payment is received in full. We will feed and care for your animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish. All payments are Non-Refundable.
*Payment plans must be completed within 30 days for animals under $500, and 60 days for animals between $501-$1000. Animals over $1000 can be discussed for a longer payment plan. You can choose payments in any amount on any schedule you choose, however, this is your commitment to that payment plan.
*If you default on a payment plan or are unable to make payments you must reach out and make alternative arrangements. We are willing to work with you as long as you keep communication open. If alternative arrangements have not been made within 30 days of a defaulted payment arrangement, all payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal. A defaulted arrangement is any arrangement in which payment is not made according to the schedule you initially set up. For example: if you are paying $100/week every Saturday on an animal and fail to make a payment on Saturday, the 30 days count starts on Sunday and you will have 30 days from the date of the missed payment to make alternative arrangements or adjust the amount of your payment plan and submit a payment. Once the 30 days is up, the reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete payment plans are non-refundable.
Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you live, in good condition and correctly sexed. Any DOA must be communicated with photos within the hour of the package being delivered. Failure to notify within the first hour of a DOA will nullify the LAG. Any issues with the animal must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the animal. We are not responsible for injuries or illness caused to the animal due to incorrect husbandry on your part.
Refunds: Refunds are at our sole discretion.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
