My name is Kienan, and I’m a reptile keeper and breeder based in Seattle, Washington. I’ve worked with reptiles for several years, and my passion has evolved into producing high-end leopard gecko morphs with a focus on health, genetics, and quality.

Store Policy
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee on all Leopard Geckos. We guarantee your gecko will arrive alive and in good health when shipped to a FedEx Ship Center.
• Geckos must be picked up within 1 hour of arrival at the FedEx Hub (as confirmed by FedEx tracking) to qualify for our guarantee.
• Failure to pick up within this time frame voids our live arrival guarantee.
• We do not ship to homes or offices, only to FedEx Hold Locations for the safety of the animal.

30-Day Health Guarantee
All geckos come with a 30-day health guarantee. We take pride in the health and well-being of our animals and only ship once they are thriving.
• If any health issue arises within 30 days that is clearly the result of our care or shipping conditions, we will issue a refund or replacement.
• Proof is required (photos/videos and veterinary report if necessary).
• Health concerns beyond 30 days are the responsibility of the new owner, as the animal has adjusted to its new environment.
• In the rare event a gecko arrives deceased (this has never happened), contact us immediately with clear photo proof for a full refund.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and understand the proper care of Leopard Geckos prior to purchase.

Ordering & Payment
• We accept credit and debit cards for all purchases.
• To place an order, please send us a message directly. We’ll coordinate shipping arrangements with you after the order is confirmed.
• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal.

Shipping Information
• We ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight for next-day delivery.
• We prefer to ship when temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F, but we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping is free anywhere in the U.S. through MorphMarket.
• No gecko will be shipped until it is at least 3 months old and 15 grams or more in weight to ensure it is eating well and healthy.

Genetics & Sexing Guarantee
• We provide full genetic history for all animals we produce.
• All breeders used in our projects are sourced from reputable, experienced breeders.
• While we use Temperature Sexing (TSM/TSF) to estimate sex, sex is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
