1. All Bearded Dragons or Rankins Dragons shipped by our company are in good health and have been examined by a licensed veterinarian before shipping.
2. Our company will not proceed with shipping until payment has been made in full.
3. Once the animal(s) have been picked up or shipped, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
4. If you have ordered a Bearded Dragon or Rankins Dragon for wholesale, you will be shipped a healthy animal(s) that meets our quality standards.
5. Our company is not responsible for animals that may perish due to negligence, improper care, or because of environmental factors outside of our control.
