Store Policy
BY PURCHASHING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TOS.
Holds/ Payment Plans, to place a gecko on hold a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to be sent through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. 30 day payment plans are available for geckos over $200. Geckos $199 and below should be paid in full. Extended payment plans for larger purchases available ion a case by case basis. If your payment plan expires and the animal is not paid in full you are forfeiting said animal and your deposit. By purchasing a gecko from East Coast Cresties it is understood you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
Shipping/Terms
Currently shipping throughout the United States. Shipping is always included in advertised price tag, at this time all purchases must be shipped and held at a local fedex hub. Local pick up is available as well to those in the Long Island New York area. Geckos will only be shipped when temps on both the sending and receiving ends are between 40°-80°
Live Arrival/ Health guarantee
All animals will come with a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee. In the unlikely event of a DOA you must contact us via email/ messenger or text within 60 mins of delivery/pick up with picture and video proof. A dropped tail during shipping is not covered by the health guarantee. If any health issues arise in the 7 days you must contact us immediately so we can help resolve them. If you’ve fully read thru all terms and services, include the word “BANG” in your first message for a 10% discount.
Sex guarantee
Animals under 5g will be listed as unsexed. Animals 5-10g will be listed as either possible pores visible or no pores visible but this is not a guarantee at this weight.
We want to ensure that all geckos are going to good homes where they will be cared for in the best possible way. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. We will not sell a gecko to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.
NO TAIL LOSS GUARANTEE
A gecko can drop its tail at any time for any reason.East Coast Cresties places no value upon a gecko having or not having a tail. East Coast Cresties does not sell a gecko with an guarantee of a tail if a tail is present at the time of purchase. There is no refunds available should the gecko drop its tail at any time after a deposit or full payment has been made on the Gecko. Furthermore, tail tips are not guaranteed as shed issues and nips can occur. These heal 100% of the time with proper care.
