I am a small-scale Veteran owned and operated breeder located in Newnan, GA. I’ve kept reptiles for over two decades and my goals and priorities are to provide healthy and high-quality animals as well as long-term relationships throughout the reptile community. *All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, properly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. All snakes are captive born and bred by us unless otherwise stated. If there are any problems or not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival.
* Payments: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks and bank transfers (All checks will have to be cleared with our bank before shipping).
* Shipping: Animals will be shipped via FedEx Overnight for next day delivery by 10:30am to most areas. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health & well-being of our animals is our highest priority. As shipping rates vary to different areas, please contact us for quote. Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 12 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs, you will be required to send the expired animal back via next day air at your expense. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 98 degrees. If temperatures are above or below those parameters, we can consider shipping to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Live arrival guaranteed.
* A deposit of 25% is required if desired snake is to be held. If deposit is forfeited, customer can use the deposit amount on a future purchase at full price within a six-month period of deposit.
* We have different payment plans available. Contact us for more information. All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received.
