Store Policy
We accept Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. We also accept Cash for in person sales. We guarantee live and healthy delivery of all animals. DOA's must have photo proof within an hour of scheduled delivery. They will be replaced with an equivalent animal of value or with credit towards another animal. To guarantee live delivery, we ship overnight, and will only ship when weather permits. All sales are final, no returns or refunds. If you would like to set up a payment plan, for animals under $500 a 50% deposit is due, with the rest being paid off in 4-6 weeks. With animals over $500 a 25% deposit is due with the payment time being based on total price. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
