We are a small family business focused on producing quality ball pythons with a particular interest in Clown, Piebald, Ultramel, Desert Ghost, Lavender Albino and Puzzle combos.
Store Policy
Buyers are welcome to collect from our premises in Wiltshire, England at a predetermined appointment time or delivery to the UK is also possible by use of a courier. We can arrange a courier but buyer is responsible for courier costs or alternatively buyer is welcome to arrange their own courier. Delivery to areas of Europe are also possible by negotiation for example to Hamm/Houten shows but extra cost will apply and buyer is responsible for these costs unless negotiated separately and agreed in writing.
A 20% non refundable deposit or £50 (whichever is the larger) is required to secure any snake. Payment plans are available on request for animals valued at over £300 in which case regular payments will be agreed in writing with the total amount being paid no later than 90 days after the deposit is paid. Buyer accepts that failure to pay for the animal in full within the agreed time period may result in the animal being made available for sale again and the loss of the non refundable deposit. Payment can be made through Bank Transfer/PayPal (friends & family)/cash on collection. All funds must have cleared prior to the animal leaving our premises.
At Rack-it Ralph’s we pride ourselves on producing quality animals that will both make great pets but also amazing animals for more serious breeders. As such all of our animals which are sold as hets are 100% guaranteed to be exactly that, 100% het for the stated recessive gene unless specified as a possible het. In such cases where an animal is listed as a possible het the buyer accepts that while the animal may carry the recessive gene it may not carry it and if it proves to not carry the recessive gene there will be no come back to the breeder. All possible hets will be priced accordingly at a lower price than a guaranteed het for the same recessive gene.
While we make every effort to correctly identify Co-dominant genes, this cannot always be easily achieved particularly when dealing with complex multigene animals. We at Rack-it Ralph’s aim to price animals according to the least number of genes that we believe they have however buyers are expected to make their own decisions as to the co-dominant genes that are present in an animal before purchase with no refund on account of an animal turning out not to have particular Co-dominant gene.
All animals are sold as sexed and buyers are expected to check the gender of each animal when first delivered to them. In the unlikely event that an animal has been sexed incorrectly then the buyer is to raise this within 48 hours of receiving the animal. Rack-it Ralph’s will not be responsible for claims of misidentification of gender after this 48 hour timeframe.
