Store Policy
Payment Options:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, SQUARE, Apple Pay, wire transfers, and money orders/certified checks.
For payment plans, we tailor arrangements to individual cases. Typically, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required, Feel free to inquire about a customized payment plan for the specific animal(s) you're interested in.
Sales Policy:
All sales are considered final, and deposits and payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the buyer's hold on the animal(s) and any funds submitted.
Shipping:
We ship from Monday to Wednesday, weather permitting. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the nearest FedEx Ship Center for buyer pickup. We will not ship to a home address.
Please note that if the buyer doesn't collect the animal within 8 hours of hub pickup, our live arrival and health guarantee (details below) will be voided.
Health Guarantee:
We offer a comprehensive 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement. Issues reported after this initial 48-hour window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be eligible for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us promptly for assistance.
Our commitment is to the well-being of our animals. We're here to provide guidance and support throughout the animal's life. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us for troubleshooting and advice.
Genetics Guarantee:
100% guarantee on all recessive genetics
Due to the complexity of ball python combos, we cannot guarantee incomplete dominates. However, we guarantee the pairing is identified in the listing and the animal in the primary image is the animal you will receive.
Sex Guarantee:
We assure the accuracy of each animal's sex, verified multiple times before shipping to minimize errors. If any discrepancies arise between the listing and the received animal, please inform us within 7 days for resolution.
