Store Policy
I accept PayPal and Venmo. Payment in full must be made prior to shipping. Shipping only to the lower 48 states, and shipping cost is not included in the cost of the animal. Shipping is only done when it is at least 38F or maximum 99F at both my location and yours. NARBC Tinley, Shaumburg, and St. Louis pick-ups can be arranged, as well as typically at Janesville, St. Louis, and Illinois Show Me Snakes shows. Full payment must be received to hold the animal, despite weather holds. All reptiles are shipped overnight and require a signature at the door, or FedEx hub pickup. If sent to a FedEx hub, the animal must be picked up the same day it arrives to the hub. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. If for any reason the animal arrives deceased I must be notified within 30 minutes of arrival. Date and time stamped photos of the box, packing, and animal will be required. There are NO returns but if the animal is not as expected I will work with the buyer to remedy the issue. Actual color (I do my best with photographs but they do not always fully represent the color and I do not enhance my photos) or pattern will not be considered a point of contention. You will receive a healthy, well fed animal but I cannot guarantee health after arrival due to unknown husbandry practices of the buyer.
