Store Policy
Shipping available to USA only when weather permits. *We reserve the right to refuse any buyer at any time. A 50% Deposit 10% of which is Non-Refundable, is required to place a gecko on hold. 60-Day Payment Plans are accepted on geckos over $250; reach out and inquire regarding trades or Payment Plan structure.
We are willing to guide newer owners in gecko keeping, but being well-read and researched on the species is
always encouraged!
*We must be contacted within 30 minutes of the delivery time (Claim Period) in order for you to ascertain that the gecko arrived safely and you are satisfied with your new friend; as rare as they are with shipping innovations, photographic proof of DOA is required within 30 minutes of delivery in order to guarantee the gecko.
*Tail Drops can occur during shipping and tend to be uncommon, however there is no refund for a dropped tail. Returns: If you are unable to house/care for your animal please reach out to us and talk, we are all human. Buyer pays return shipping, and we reserve the right to refund a portion where we see fit (dependent upon time elapsed since sale, health of animal, and buyer's willingness to act in the animal's best interest), but note than any refund is a privilege granted by the seller to the buyer and does not apply in all cases.
