My name is Kristin and I have been breeding northern blue tongue skinks since 2005. I've always had an affinity for reptiles but have truly enjoyed working with blueys the most! Blue tongues are the most inquisitive and intelligent reptiles I've seen. I enjoy working with babies the most. All of my babies are handled daily so they are easier to handle and interact with. I work with a wide variety of bloodlines and morphs.
Our skinks are bred once a year. Purchase price varies depending on the type of skink you purchase, plus the cost of shipping, if necessary. We don’t take anything for shipping. That cost is established by the company itself. We use Reptiles Express and do receive a discount from them which is passed on to you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale at anytime should we feel our skinks will not receive the proper care or become uncomfortable with a transaction for any reason.

Babies are sold after they have completed their third shed, which is around four to six weeks of age. This gives us time to assess any possible health issues, properly socialize them and make sure they are eating a good variety of foods. Babies are handled from the time they are a few minutes old, so they are normally very comfortable with human interaction. Occasionally, we get one that is a bit feistier than the others. We prefer to hold on to those a bit longer to make sure everyone will be happy when they reach their forever home. However, if they are good in every other way, and you don’t want to wait, we leave that decision up to you.

Reservations
*There is a 25% nonrefundable deposit of the list price (that will be applied to your purchase) required to procure a spot on the waiting list.
Shipping
*I only ship Monday-Wednesday priority overnight express through FedEx and they normally arrive between 10am and noon. If you are wanting a Monday ship day with Tuesday arrival please let me know the Friday before so I have time to set that up. There must be someone available to greet and open the package immediately after it arrives.
*I drop off at the end of business the day before so they don't spend any more time than necessary in the box. I will send you pics prior to and after I ship, one of which will have your label with a tracking number on it. Please send me pics as soon as your baby arrives so I know they arrived safely. I withhold food for 2 days prior to shipping so they arrive clean and less stressed. They will be very hungry and thirsty when they arrive so please have food and water ready. As always if you have any questions or concerns I am always available to help any way I can.
Live Arrival Guarantee
*You must be waiting and watching for your package to arrive and show photographic proof of retrieval within 30 minutes of home delivery or one hour after fedex opens or all guarantees are void.
*Live arrival guarantee when temps are between 65 to 90 degrees for home delivery and 55 to 100 degrees for pickup at a FedEx hub but the animal must be picked up within 1 hour of doors opening. In case of a DOA, I must be contacted with photographic proof immediately. A replacement or store credit will be provided.
*Any Shipment routing changes on the part of the customer will result in voiding our live arrival guarantee.

Payment Plans
*A nonrefundable deposit of 25% the list price is required to place an animal on hold.
*Equal weekly payments are required unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
*You must be fully paid within 30 days of the initial deposit.
*Once a specific animal has been placed on hold, the funds cannot be transferred to another animal.
*If you fail to make your payments in full the animal on hold will be relisted and you will receive a credit of 50% the amount already paid minus your security deposit.
Health Guarantee
I offer a 7-day health guarantee because I am confident that your skink will be 100% healthy upon arrival and for the days to come. However with that being said, I have no way of monitoring any improper husbandry and care from inexperienced keepers. If there are any concerns with the animal, please do not hesitate to contacting me in order to avoid any potential problems. This health guarantee does not cover outside injuries such as tail loss, attacks by other animals, keeper mistakes, etc.
Abandoned Orders
All orders must be shipped within two months unless otherwise agreed upon or if weather impedes any shipping. There are no additional costs for animals held due to shipping temperatures. Customers that have fully paid for a live animal and have completely lost contact for 3 weeks (without warning and with permitting shipping weather.) will be given 75% (we keep the 25% nonrefundable deposit) of the funds in store credit and the animal will be relisted. I will do my best to contact you prior to taking action.
We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
I reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason.
All purchases are final.
Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
All credits are valid for one year from issuance.
