TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE

All guarantees apply to the ORIGINAL buyer.

Please read these in their entirety before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are to protect both parties involved.

Every animal we produce carries a guarantee to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented.

The animal’s health is guaranteed only for 24 hours after arrival, as we cannot control what buyers do after that time. If there is no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer is satisfied.

GENETICS

Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure. Therefore, we make our best guess based on previous experience, what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.

PAYMENT

**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at any time without a deposit!!!

All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age, or have parental permission to purchase animals.

Payment can be made through Venmo/PayPal/Google Pay/Square.

Payment MUST be made in full before any animal is shipped – no exceptions.

Payment plans are available – to hold any animal a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first. Plans can vary with each animal/sale, the terms with both buyer/seller must be agreed to before entering each plan. Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted.

SHIPPING

Our animals are shipped Mon-Wed via Reptiles Express (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. We only ship when temperatures are between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit at both seller and buyer locations as well as shipping hub. If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID.

Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 1 hour of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.

**SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $50** (only exceptions are adults due to weight). If multiple animals are purchased, we can combine shipping and will provide an actual quote on shipping.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
