Live arrival, feeding and health guarantees.

Sex Guarantee
-We will do our best to identify the sex of an animal. We use both the popping and probing method in order to ensure the sex to the best of our ability. However, even the most experienced breeders can make mistakes. If an animal is found to be sexed incorrectly, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for wrong sexed animals after 30 days from arrival.

Genetics
-Genetics can be tricky. We do our best to identify each animal. Every combo is researched before available. This is not always a straight forward answer. Genes can hide and even act unexpectedly. Sometimes it’s best guess. We consider payment to be agreement between parties that the genetics are as listed to the best of our ability. If in question, we will always under list genetics in order to ensure our reputation and give our customer the best value and service. We are not responsible for wrong genetics after 30 days from arrival.

Health Guarantee
- All animals come with 48-hour health Guarantee. Any animal shipped from us has taken at least 5 meals and is currently on feeding on the appropriately sized prey item. No signs of sickness were visible at time of shipping.

Live Arrival Guarantee
-Live arrival is available with Shipyourreptile.com limited insurance option. Must comply with SYR Guidelines found https://shipyourreptiles.com/pages/critical-information

ALL guarantees will be voided if animal is left at hub after closing hours on day of delivery.

Long term
-Anything can happen when dealing with animals. Life is unexpected. We do our best to provide the highest quality at the time of sale. We cannot be held responsible for matters that develop, after our policy time frame. This includes but not limited to issues such as injuries, unseen internal defects, or even sudden loss of animal for unknown reasons. Unfortunately, compensation cannot be provided.

Veterinarian Documentation, photograph/videos may be required to process any insurance claims. There may be a 2–6-week processing time on any claims

Payments

30/60 day payment plans are available. Starting at $500. 25% Nonrefundable deposit required. WE DO NOT DO HOLDS OR PAYMENT PLANS FOR ANIMALS $300 OR LESS UNLESS YOU PUT HALF DOWN AND REST WITHIN 2 WEEKS. $301 PLUS PURCHASES ARE 25% DOWN NONREFUNDABLE AND WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS AGREED UPON BY CUSTOMER AND US. LENGTH OF PLAN DEPENDS ON WHICH ANIMAL, AND CUSTOMER NEEDS BUT USUALLY 30 DAYS UNLESS HIGHER PRICED ANIMAL/ANIMALS OR UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES. We do not offer payment returns or anything more than credit given (for amount paid) for 6 months on buyer back outs. You agreed to a payment plan, it is not our responsibility to make sure you can do this, its yours. However, we understand things can come up and offer 6-month credit to help you. Again, we do not, under any circumstance, send funds back once sent unless animal is no longer available, something happens to animal under our care, or insurance was purchased on a DOA and processed accordingly and carrier refunds us to send to you.

Payments may be made by Cashapp, PayPal Friends and Family, and Direct transfer through Navy Federal Credit Union.

Shipping will be quoted by ShipYourReptiles or Reptiles2You depending upon delays and recent reviews of service between the two companies. Reptiles will ship Tuesday or Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight service for arrival by 10:30am the next day. We do provide an alive arrival guarantee, however at this current time we cannot provide insurance on the animals through shipping due to situations derived from delays to Covid. Following conditions apply:

-Hub2Hub shipping on all animals.
-temps are above 50 degrees or below 90 degrees in both the shipping and receiving state
In case of truck delivery, following apply:
-Buyer must be available for delivery upon first attempt.
-Package must be opened within 30 mins of delivery.
-If there are any issues with the animal, you must contact us asap after delivery/pick up.

We reserve the right to cancel any shipment if the safety of the animal is in question.

Returns/Refunds
Mistakes happen. If you have a legitimate issue upon arrival; contact us asap. If it’s an error on our end, we will send a return shipping label free of charge. Animals must be returned/shipped same day for refund. Refunds will not include original shipping costs. Animals must be returned healthy. Photos may be required before repackaging. If you want your package insured from FedEx then that price is $2 per $100 for money back. In case of DOA and no insurance bought animal will be replaced when available or credit given, we do not refund payments unless insurance has been bought and processed accordingly.
Local pick up can be arranged which also involves a shop tour (as long as we have time and feel comfortable)!
