We at Camel City Reptiles specialize in breeding Ball Pythons. We strive to obtain and produce high quality animals, for other reptile and snake lovers to enjoy. We also want our customers to have an excellent buying experience with us and try to provide the best service possible, with up to date info on all of our animals and during the shipping process. Store Policy
Shipping: Shipping is done through Reptiles2You & FedEx. Shipping fee is dependent on your zip code, we will get a quote upon request. We ship direct to your nearest FedEx hub location in the United States. You can pickup in person, if you're local to NC, just ask if so and we will arrange your pickup date & time. We ship Tuesday & Wednesday right now, due to FedEx's current shipping delays. This is subject to change and if so, we will update our shipping day info.
Payment: We accept payment in the forms of Zell, CashApp & Google Pay. We no longer accept PayPal due to recent issues of animal sells.
Payment Plans: Payment Terms ($350 Minimum Order)
*We offer payment plans for animals priced $350 or more. Sorry but we cannot accept payment plans for orders less than $350.
*Shipping will only be done after Payment plan is Complete. We never ship until an animal is paid in FULL.
*We require a minimum of 20% down to reserve animal. After the down payment is received we will mark him/her with your name and the animal will be removed for sale from the website. We will feed and care for you animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish. All payments are Non-Refundable.
*Payment plans must be completed within 60 days. You can choose payments in any amount on any schedule you choose. (For Example $100 per week or $250 per month. Just let us know what will fit your budget and we will set up your invoice to your Terms.
*After 90 days If the Invoice is not paid All Payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete Payment Plans are Non-Refundable.
Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you Live, in good condition and correctly sexed to our best ability. We "pop" AND probe each animal before the sale. Live Arrival Guarantee only to the Fedex hub and up to 2 hours after arrival there. L.A.G is VOID if we are notified that the pickup was past the 2hr time window and the animal is deceased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or credit any animal for the cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds, exchange only. No refunds on any payments.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
