We are a family owned business specializing in ball pythons. We pride ourselves in trying to produce the highest quality animals we can and care about our customers.
Store Policy
All animals are healthy, feeding; and correctly sexed to the best of my abilities. Buyer is responsible for checking the sex of the animal with 24 hours of delivery. If the sex of the animal differs than the posting, you must notify the seller and provide video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, please provide proof of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The receipt time is based off the time the package arrives at the specified address and determined by FedEx. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payments via cashapp, Zelle, check or money order are accepted.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $500 or more with a minimum deposit of 20% and the order must be paid in full within 4 weeks of initial deposit. All deposits are non refundable.
All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.
