By placing an order you agree to the Terms Of Service stated below. These terms are put in place to protect all parties involved.
TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE
We at ERSreptiles guarantee that all animals sold are healthy, feeding well, honestly represented, and accurately sexed prior to being shipped. The animal's health is guaranteed for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify ERSreptiles within 24 hours. After 24 hours, if no further contact is made, the transaction is considered complete.
PAYMENT
ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL PAYMENT/DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
All buyers must be 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The full payment must be received prior to the shipment of the animal.
Payment plans are available with a 25% NONREFUNDABLE deposit.
30, 60, and 90 day payment plans are available with qualifying purchase.
Terms will be discussed and agreed upon in advance between the buyer and seller.
Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Any payment made is nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another animal if the original animal is no longer available.
SHIPPING
Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight when weather and temperature permits along the entire route. We will ship between 35 and 90 degrees fahrenheit with appropriate measures to stabilize temperature.
ANIMALS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 4 HOURS OF DELIVERY OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE WILL BE TERMINATED. The wellbeing of the animals is our first priority and shipping availability is our sole decision.
We at ERSreptiles prefer shipped animals to be picked up at a local shipping hub and may require this depending on the situation. This is safest for your animal.
We will notify you of any shipping changes immediately.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival please physically inspect your new animal for any sign of illness or injury. We recommend that you record yourself unboxing the animal. Additionally, a photo of your happy, healthy animal is appreciated.
PLEASE NOTIFY ERSreptiles OF ANY PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
ANIMALS MUST BE REPORTED DOA WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PICKUP TIME. We require pictures and/or video of the animal. We may require return of the DOA animal prior to refund or replacement.
