About
Ever Evolving Exotics was established in 2013 in Tucson, Arizona. Our goal is to set a new standard for reptile stores by providing up to date husbandry information, having a clean and professional shop atmosphere, offering a variety of healthy animals at fair market value, and by demonstrating a variety of housing styles. We are a full line reptile specialty shop that is open to the public, offering dry goods, standard and custom enclosures, feeders, animals, and more! We also breed over 75 species of reptiles and amphibians from the most common to the most rare.

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, and cash (cash only in store)
If you wish to put an animal on hold, we require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment. The animal will be put on hold for 30 days and will be considered sold. If payment is not received within the 30 day period, the animal will be re-listed unless otherwise agreed upon.
We will not offer refunds of any type before an animal hasn't been shipped. If you pay for an animal and decide you no longer want it we can only offer you a credit on a future order (on a case by case basis).
All prices are plus shipping via FedEx (through Ship Your Reptiles), unless otherwise noted. Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight. We ship Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping quotes are dependent on zip code, box size, weight, etc. If you add more animals to your order you will be required to pay an additional charge for a larger box. We will always include heat packs or cold packs when needed at no additional charge. If the weather is below 40F or above 90F on either end I reserve the right to delay shipping until weather is ideal for shipping. Shipping is NEVER refundable. If an animal arrives after 10:30AM live arrival guarantee is voided and FedEx is at fault. If an animal dies in shipping (which is very uncommon), we must receive pictures of the animal and contacted within one hour or guarantee is voided. If you do contact me I will issue a full credit for the price of the animal. NO CASH REFUNDS!
EEE reserves the right to deny a sale at any time for any reason, if we do not feel you are able to correctly care for an animal we will deny a sale.
NO sales to minors without parental consent and I do reserve the right to deny a minor a sale after parental consent is granted.
All animals come with a 7 day health guarantee. They will arrive healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. If you do not maintain your animal properly your guarantee is void. As a reptile keeper please research your animal extensively before you buy. If an animal dies before the 7 days are up, you must send clear color photos of the enclosure as well as the animal.
You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws.
We are not responsible if you are in anyway injured by your animal.
All prices are subject to change without warning.
All genetics on animals produced by EEE are guaranteed to be correct. If they are not we will refund your money 100%. Any animal that we did not produce carry no genetic guarantee unless otherwise stated.
