Store Policy

Shipping
    •    All animals will be shipped overnight via FedEx Priority Overnight Monday through Wednesday (Shipyourreptiles.com). The date of shipment will be confirmed after the purchase. Please note, shipment is contingent on weather as it is unsafe to ship animals in certain temperatures. Shipping starts at a rate of $55 and additional shipping fees will be charged depending on the weight of the animal. Please note, if the animal is being delivered to a FedEx hub, the animal must be picked up within 2 hours of the Fedex Hub opening, If the animal is being shipped to your house you must receive the package upon arrival and notify us within 1 hour of package arrival.



Live Guarantee
    •    All reptiles have a live arrival guarantee. Please inspect the animal as soon as it is delivered to confirm it’s well-being. Please note, if there are any issues, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

Health, Sex and Genetic Guarantee
    •    The health, sex and genetics of the animal are guaranteed. Any returns for the above reasons will be refunded in the form of store credit unless notified within 1 hour of receipt of the animal in which case, the original amount paid, excluding shipping will be refunded to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned animal.

Payment Plans
    •    Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis. A 25% non refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid within 60 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Please inquire about a payment plan that is specific to the animal you are interested in.
