When buying an animal from BirigoLand, we guarantee live arrival and satisfaction guarantee. We pledge to ensure that you receive exactly what you anticipate, and that your animal arrives in overall good condition and health. The well-being and safety of our animals stand as our top priority. We utilize insulated boxes with appropriate heating and cooling packs and refrain from shipping during extreme weather conditions. We ship Priority overnight shipping Monday to Thursday.
In the event that the temperature is below 32 degrees or exceeds 90 degrees during delivery, our live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. If extreme weather is anticipated, please contact us, and we will arrange to postpone the shipment for better weather or hold it at a local FedEx depot for pickup. If you opt for pickup, temperatures should still be within the range of 40 to 95 degrees. Additionally, you must pick up the shipment and report any issues within 2-4 hours of its arrival.
If an animal arrives deceased or in poor condition, we require you to photograph it within 2-4 hours of receipt. The photograph must be taken on the FedEx label attached to the top of the package. Please email us at fbolzicco@gmail.com.
(Note that these conditions for our guarantee are implemented to safeguard against potential fraud. With less than 1% of the animals arriving dead on arrival (DOA), there is minimal cause for concern.
