Store Policy
PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans up to RJ Locality Boas' discretion - a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required and animal paid off within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plan must be paid by agreed time or it is forfeited.
SHIPPING COMPLICATIONS AND DOAS:
If at any time there is a complication with the shipping company (FedEx) and the animal does not arrive within 24 hours of the estimated arrival time, the live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer will receive a store credit for the total cost (DOA should be documented and reported to us within 1 hour of signed delivery) Store credit may be used at any time and expires within 1 year. (Photos and/or video proof of DOA will be required before a store credit is granted, no exceptions).
PICKUP POLICY:
Animal MUST be picked up within 2 hours of its arrival at your local hub or live arrival is not guaranteed unless explicitly said otherwise and agreed upon.
AUCTIONS:
All auction payments are to be completed within 48 hours of winning, no exceptions.
PAYMENT/REFUNDS:
RJ Locality Boas is not responsible for a buyer changing their mind. Any animal paid in full will not be refunded should the buyer change their mind on buying the animal.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
