Store Policy

OUR TERMS OF SALE --- BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO OUR TOS!!! --ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY MONETARY REFUNDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE CHANGING THEIR MINDS. BEFORE YOU SEND MONEY PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ANIMAL THAT YOU WANT.All sales are final and non refundable. A credit for the full amount we be held until a new animal is chosen and sent.
SHIPPING
- Shipping will not be reimbursed. Temps must be above 60 or below 80 in order to ship unless other arrangements have been made. If you push shipping despite our warnings about the weather we are not responsible for the results. You will not be refunded. We are more than happy to hold the animal for you until weather and conditions permit, or will be happy to include a heat/cold pack if this is a viable option. Someone must be available to receive the package. Whoever it is must have read our TOS and package instructions as the same rules that apply to the buyer will apply to them. Hub is required. You must contact us of the safe arrival of the gecko within 30 minutes of delivery. You must notify us of any problems immediately. Driver must obtain a signature. You must have correct/appropriate address. We will double check the address prior to printing the label. If it is incorrect after you've approved it we are not responsible for the results, but we will notify Reptiles To You and FedEx in case they can do something about it. We are not responsible for you not picking the gecko up at the hub and getting back to us in the allotted time frame to guarantee live arrival. Arrangement to pick up the gecko is solely on you.
TAIL LOSS
- Not covered/eligible for reimbursement.
DOA EVENT
- If this were to ever occur we will need photos of both the outside and inside of the package as well as of the gecko. Do not dispose of the gecko until instructed. Refrigerate the body while we talk about what to do next. If you dispose of the body against our instruction you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
HEALTH
- As long as the conditions of our TOS has been met we have a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE policy. If there is any damage done to the box itself FedEx does not reimburse the animal unless the package has arrived late. In that event, we will issue full store credit (including the deposit) or a replacement animal. Once the gecko is in your hands their health and livelihood depend upon you. If issues occur after receiving we are not responsible as so many things may contribute to a decline in the health of a crested gecko. Please contact us the moment you think something is wrong and we will help trouble shoot any problems/difficulties remotely. It is advised that you give your gecko two weeks to settle in and follow standard quarantine procedure.
"POSSIBLE GENDER" GECKOS
- Please do not ask us to recheck the pore status of the gecko prior to shipping. It's updated. Even then no gecko under 20 is guaranteed sex. Only probable's.
LIFETIME ASSISTANCE GUARANTEE
- Whether you purchase from us or not you are always more than welcome to ask us questions. We will be happy to help trouble shoot any issues you may be having, questions about building enclosures, vivarium care and whatever reptile/invert related questions you can imagine. =) We are here to help. If we advise you against something deemed less than responsible and you continue to perform the action we may cease assisting/educating you.
RESELLING FLIPPING & CHARGE-BACKS
- We absolutely do not support flipping of our animals. We will happily accept our animal back without reimbursement, but we may elect to pay the shipping cost for you. If you resell one of our geckos, or If you elect to do a charge-back you will be black listed and we will report your conduct in the BOI groups. There breeders, buyers and hobby enthusiasts will be able to look up your name and see any reviews pertaining to business experiences that you're involved in. This can be detrimental to purchasing or selling anymore reptiles.
DEPOSITS
- Deposits are a nonrefundable payment. If we have not heard back from you in 21 days the gecko is considered abandoned, we will keep the payments and relist the gecko.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND WEATHER
I will first ask you for your zip code to check our weather. When it's time to check weather you will be asked for your zip code specifically. Once the weather looks safe and I'm getting ready to ship I will ask for your name, preferred email, phone number, and your Fedex hub address.

I reserve the right to refuse any shipment that would endanger the animal. If there are regional delays active, temperatures in either region above 90°F or below 40°F, I will hold the animal at no additional cost.

Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to put the animal on hold.
AUCTIONS:
We require a full payment within 24 hours of auction ending UNLESS we are in negotiations regarding another animal, at which time we will put in writing the total for the auction, and that no matter what terms we do or do not come to regarding an additional animal/s, you are responsible for this amount. If you decide to forfeit the auction, you will be reported to Morph Market as failure to pay, and will not be welcome to buy from us again. We do reserve the right to cancel an auction if we feel sending you an animal would be detrimental to it's health or if you chose to be inappropriate with communication including threats.
